We understand that plans change. That’s why we offer flexible cancellation and exchange options for our customers.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations are no longer allowed.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Note: We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as personal preference, size mismatch, or change of mind unless the product is defective.
